I would assume so. I also believe that RED and Bro are pooling their money together; great stuff. Regardless of the truth, I am glad the auction is back on track now.

I am actually not so sure we are pooling money together anymore as per our discussion earlier. I told him how high I was willing to go and he didn't sound on board with it due to the uncertainty of the items future rarity since this was a mob drop.

R E D has always been a better gambler than me but I hope I can change that with this item. And if not I'll have a sweet piece of deco that I have always wanted.

Besides who the hell wants to share a rare anyway? :)

I earn my money reading people and conducting business transactions. I stated to you previously that everything I say is calculated and thereafter to Bro that I had already decided on a course of action. There is enough going on here (and elsewhere) for me to draw several educated conclusions and for those reasons, I am bowing out regardless of whether Bro bid 2.4m, 3m, or 5m.

On a minor note (keyword "minor") and this is merely my opinion, what you are doing is admirable in that you want your friends to get the most money possible for a good, however I believe you would have been more helpful as an innocent bystander than a cheerleader.

Unlike the people that surround you when you do business transactions, I do what I do cause I have fun.

I earn money doing a job I love with people who have fun. Everything I say and do is calculated so we can enjoy it (or others can enjoy, my job is very very public). And btw, I considered you as a friend, just like Kareem and Alyssa, UO speaking indeed. I did not think cheering up would raise the bids, as I trust you are all intelligent people who wisely bid what they are willing to spend for an item.

Very disappoined with that post.

End it and get your 3mil before someone else shows up with one or it drops off another boss mob. Then suddenly we will see some people retracting their earlier bids. Dont get greedy, its still a useless decoration.

I'm gonna end it on Sunday as originally stated as that's the only fair thing to do.
If it happens to drop again before then, well shit.
Hopefully not, right?
I'm not greedy but like I said, I stated in the original post I would close on Sunday, and if that means the thing drops again and this auction goes to hell, oh well :/ I doubt it will.

On the rarity of the item I was in IRC when Adam asked for suggestions for loot to put on semedar. It was my understanding that he put it on manually at that time, but there was no indication one way or the other that it was added as a mob drop.

I would consider it a one of a kind GM spawned item. Also known as: very fucking rare.

That being said I have a tattoo on my arm with the eternal words of @azria :
UOF: where everything you think is rare, isn't.

If I win the tunic (and I will) and it gets shat on I will still display it as a badge of honor.

But yeah I guess I misspoke when I said mob drop because it was an event rare so to speak. Good call, Karl.
