This is to warn other tamers, who like me have no desire to fight, but really hate that there are those who cant make up their minds if they are pvpers, griefers, tamers, or what the heck they want to be when they grow up.

Please fix the system where pets don't take such hard hits on resist and magery skills.
Fix it where if I am attacked or my pet is attacked, I can recall out if I choose not to fight.

People having been killing and robbing pack mounts for their goods since the beginning of UO, it would be a shame if you have to take counts for catching someone moving their goods from one house to another and robbing their pack mounts. This has been a big part of UO for 18 years and it just doesn't seem right to lose this portion of the game just because someone ran into a group of people who's play style wasn't in tune with theirs. This is just one of a few repercussions that would come from a change like what's being suggested.

If I was moving goods from one house to another and I needed a packhorse to move it, I'd see about getting an escort... maybe pay a pvp'er to walk with me.

You could make it so counts are only given on pets that require 90+ taming(nightmares and better). The issue is people using killing high end pets which require large amounts of $ or time to retrain lost skills while taking little to no penalty for an action that is worse than killing the player themselves.

Sorry but it's really a shit idea, one that of course will benefit the zerg, and thus why you're really pushing for it. Since you'll "play" dumb anyways. More reds, or people with counts, means you and the zerg have more targets who flat out have no choice but to "fight".

It's bad enough that most blue guilds have blues who won't flag on reds, but with this change, even less of their blues will flag on blues to defend their spawns. Sure they could come in with reds to defend, but that's not always an option.

I get the server hates $ and rightfully so, but you people really need to remove your heads from your asses.

Wait -- I didnt see why its a thing that will benefit the zerg? Reducing blue griefing helps out everyone as it will reduce the amount of risk-free griefing like this(sort of like how we saw blue PKing diminish quite a bit with the recall changes).

If you want to grief/kill blues/be scum on UOF, face the consequences of going red(stat loss).

We can, have, and always do beat you guys AND this thread was started by TBA. Unlike $, I'm looking out for the health of this shard as its the last UO server that we will ever have. EQMS could certainly grief as hard as anyone else except we realize that by ressing our victims and not playing to grief people off the game we help UOF grow and become more populated.

There is no reason to let blue griefing on a free shard in 2016 -- if you want to grief or be scum, face the consequences of going red -- you will see lame shit like killing pets and not the person(because youre too ***** to go red) stop really quickly.

We have people on this server that contribute literally nothing to building the server. They grief, build their own bank accounts, and crap talk all day in the forums. It literally only serves to push people away from this server. Speaking as someone who actually enjoys having others to play this game with, these incessant virulent attitudes needs to be addressed. If making pets give counts partially does this then I am all for it.
