Taking offers on this very amazing secluded wind house. this is the first time for this house to ever come onto the market. this plot has been a one owner house since the 3rd day the shard became live.
no i do not want to trade for any other houses.
no i dont want to trade for statues or clothing.

Now THIS is an interesting plot. Any mining veins of note?

Also, is this maxed out? Looks like an extra tile at least in the front.

If this place ain't moving for 4 million, I think I'm out.

But I'll do OP a solid:
-The mountains surrounding the house offer dull copper, bronze, copper, shadow, agapite and valorite veins (not too bad!).
-House is 11x11.

if that's the case then every house on the shard is worthless. only worth 1/3 of their value. and didn't you own the yew bank vendor house and how much did you sell it for? maybe you should have sold it for only 1/3 of what you got for it
