This has been fixed.
Believed it or not it was actually one of the donation vendors that were being "begged".
Begging the donation vendors caused peoples journals to crash. This will be fixed on reboot and the one vendor has been removed for now

@Shane and what about crash when i tray loggout ? ( Play UOSteam Win 7 x64 ) all time 10 is 10 ?

It happens when you exit the game with the X. If you log out correctly it should not happen.

He said he crashes when he tries to log out. Everytime I hit X, it gives me an error and does not close the game.

I was thinking it had something to do with someone macro spamming not necessarily spamming a bunch of words but initiating something to happen over and over that sends a ton of data or the journal still tries to deal with.

Reminds me when i crashed the whole server a couple times right after the earth elemental MOTM. Using the conquest mode was crashing the server for a couple days. And I just wanted to know when i hit my conquest mark so i could stop kililng them.
I was right about the reason of crashing ppl near wbb ^_^
