Boat PvP - Galleons too weak?

Aye, Galleons can do a lot of damage but nobody seems to be pirating on them, except us because its hilarious.

Me and a friend take ours out every time we go out but most times get sunk by dragon ships. Cool down on cannons are so long and the dragon ships fire faster and move faster. They do alot of hit and runs
