Hey, I used a couple skill scrolls today for lock picking. They didn't give the full 1.0 points as promised but instead took me from 95.0(real) to 96.7(real). Here's a picture. You can see the first scroll actually says that it gave 0.9% in the log.

I macroed healing on the ghost on the WBB roof and kept the bandages in my bank the entire time without the use of a restock macro. It also seemed that I was able to use them when my bank box wasn't even open once I started the macro. It was a bit odd but I just went with it.
