WTF happen to factions?

Why are there no more factions?
No warning no nothing, one day no announcements for the points or stealing sigils then boom factions disappear and u cant even rejoin?

Well what warning would help? Nothing tbh. Factions have been buggy past 2 days (at least tracking, sigil steal and monolith messages). Now the system is disabled.

Now that factions are temporarily down, I logged on to my faction toon. I can still wear the robe. Still have the white book thingy that I haven't figured out how to use, and I've still got a hero tag.

In possibly related news, I wasn't immediately ganked by 6 people within five seconds of logging in.

No warning about shit like this that affects gameplay to such a extent is what makes people leave a shard and never return.

This was brought up by not only me personally, but by many players to staff letting them know the faction system had bugged out.
I understand coding can go wrong, i understand Adam is very busy in real life ATM and he should be dedicating his time to his IRL more then UOF and thats perfectly fine and i congratulate him on the fact that he ha been able to juggle his IRL situation and still getting on to do work on UOF as much as possible, the guy is great and very dedicated and we are lucky to have him.

I just hope this is fixed soon.
Someone lemme know when factions are back on plz.

$ guild was working a champ spawn by themselves 5-6 of them, me and itame go in try to sneak 1-2 out, Kaz and AEM come in, kill us and escort the $ guild members out to safety with their powerscrolls,

sad when i have more reds than you that actually get put to use

Took less then 4 days after i made my SL to get the highest rank in my faction.
Before this stupid faction wipe i have maintained rank 10 almost the ENTIRE time i have been on this shard except for when Heli's uber newb stomping ass took it from me.

There is no1 on this shard besides myself and Marely that have broke 200punkte so when ur on my level you can respond to my posts.
