Why on earth do people want to add an item to help with control? If you can bond it you should be able to control it. Back when a dragon was the biggest bad boy you could tame if you reached gm you had great control (6.1 points above minimum). This is how Taming is/was intended to work pet control should not be an issue unless you don't have enough skill there is no way you should have a problem with a pet that is bonded especially at 120 / 120.
Just do the quick fix please and give control of bonded pets 100%. Feel free to nerf pets as needed but they need to listen.

Back in the day dragons were actually hard to control. Maybe they changed that over the years but early on, they would routinely not listen to you.
