Scamming w/ donation items and scamming by using the forums/irc isn't allowed so I don't think he would try that... The Charcoal hue does show it labelled as such too, just tested it myself. I'm pretty sure its the blood red ethys that are bugged w/out a hue label.

hued means its hued in trade window aka the green.

hued/dyed means its dyed.
