Remedy Relic not levleing

So i saw the post earlier about weak poisons not leveling it but what will?

mine is still at baseline and i have fought poison elemental so if thous are not going to work because they are weak poisons what exactly is considered a strong poison ?

to level that relic we must be poisoned? for for firebreath , we must be hit by dragon firebreath?_?

where i can get those infos?
