Question about the 30x30 House Plot Raffle

As a new player am I even eligible for this since I cannot own a house yet? I would hate to enter a raffle that I wouldn't be able to use the grand prize. I am assuming this is only for the plot and does not contain a house, I'd need to come up with that, correct?

I would think if you won it and didn't meet the requirements age/skill wise you'd still get it from staff. You are donating after all.

Anyone have a definitive answer for this?
I can probably get the 1200 stat points by making 2 more characters and buying skills until they cap and 2 overnight sessions of skill training will get me my 24 hrs, but that kinda feels like cheating to me.

it takes like 2 hours to get the skills required to have a house if you stay logged on for 24h

you can buy bunch 50 skills to max two characters

That's what I will be doing once I hit 24 hrs in-game on my main. I was curious as to how it would be handled if, for instance, I won this raffle but was under the 24hrs in-game requirements to own a house.

they'd definitely give the house to you anyways.. it's a raffle, and you're obviously new on the Server - why should they discriminate ?

The raffle isn't for over for another 2 weeks... I'm sure you'll be ready by then anyways!

It isn't in game time I don't think either. your account just needs to be 6 days old plus the skills. Once you are done with young status make another toon and buy up a bunch of random skills.
