Missing Art Files

So I installed UOF directly from the link on the homepage. It installed UO then Razor. I am missing a lot of art files, for example cannons on boats (shows "unused tile"), some houses and tiles, and the entire island raffle area. I've tried reinstalling and still the same thing. If I run UOPatch from the UO directory it fails to connect. How do I get these art files?

Run the launcher as administrator and it should show updates available. If that don't work download the client from osi and use their UOpatch to get the most up to date art

Yeah I was afraid that was going to be the answer. (Run as admin didn't work). You think the UOF download would patch the art... but no.

UOPatch has nothing to do with UOF. It is part of the regular UO install from official servers.

Well I installed all updates from the launcher then hit Play. When I go to the raffle island it looks like this. It was all water before I patched. Haven't checked a boat yet...

not sure why this is still a thing, but if you install by the site you will get an old client. and cannot get the new art to work. You have to reinstall using the launcher.

Thanks Prodigy. I unistalled then reinstalled with the launcher. I can see the booty now!
