Very time consuming to find.....and, I believe, 100.1 fishing and higher is required to get them.
I would open the guesstimation at around 100k per until the more educated of the crowd chimes in.
@Fattson got any idea on the value of barnacle incrusted ingots?

Most people charge 100k or more. I don't think they're worth that much, personally.
