    I am sorry for the increase but its the only way to make money from IDOC's due to all the crappy changes, any issues with the new pricing feel free to take it up with staff.. thank you

    Can't believe I actually have to *bump* this, figured it would have sold in the blink of an eye.. for those of you waiting for the price to come down I will lower the price either at quarter to kiss my butt or half past never. ;)

    c'mon folks! this place is prime! place vendors along your back wall and have your shoppers buy within the safety of the guards the line is literally your back wall. Beach front for you pirates, Invasion town and dungeon seconds away for you adventurer's and pker's.. I promise after a few holiday events/invasions you will be glad you bought this Keep!

    Due to ALL the crappy changes to IDOC's I have decided to increase the price of ALL houses i put up for sale, I apologize for the increase in price but really i have been left with no choice in the matter.. I can't make money selling IDOC loot anymore so this is my only course of action.. if you have an issue with this please take it up with staff thank you and have a great day all.

    next to no loot stays at the IDOC, most goes to Champ spawns and decays because nobody ever checks corpses at Champs they just want PS's lol.. the loot is what helped keep housing prices down, since i can't get any decent loot to sell i have no choice but to increase the cost of max storage plots to compinsate for the loss.. AGAIN, If anyone has an issue with this feel free to voice your concerns with Shane and Eppy Thanks

    Less loot means less gold for the IDOCer and since thats how they make there gold there is no choice but to increase plot prices, its already happened.. max storage 18x18 used to be about 1.5m-2.5m, most sell now for no less than 3m-5m maybe more depending on location..

    how does loot keep houses priceing down? the hige demand on 18x18 is becuz there arent many forsale. and like with most items price tend to go up like with taming ss. if u get a max plot placed at an idoc is a few free mills right there. but how u prices stuff is up to my all meens

    the price of a max is based on a few factors not just demand.. location, spawn, blockage and loot from the fallen property.. if the idocer is happy with the loot obtained they tend to feel more generous and need less for the plot.. take away those gains and the idocer is gunna need to charge more to compensate. Its pretty simple really..

    idoc loot dont go to any champs mobs.

    i think your price for this one is pretty fair i would buy it but i dont have a free slot :confused:

    houses price for top locations is super low here.

    the point is Girana, the idocers profit has been seriously hindered.. i gave it more than enough time to see if maybe it was a string of bad luck but its been too long to be that.. since the initial change i have watched the market increase from 1.5m-2.5m for a max to 3m-5m and only going higher. You want a loot split system then make it 80/20 not this 50/50 crap.

    Buy why would someone all of a sudden after 7 days were no one has bid, say holly shit he changed the price of his keep from 18 to 25 mill hah now i want it !?!?

    the reason for the price going up has nothing to do with loot changes.

    its just super easy to gain alot gold => players got more gold but nothing else to spend on = price go up

    also there more and more players while alot old just refresh their plots.

    No one wanted at 18, no one is def going to want it at 25. Demand drives price, not some shit you made up in your head about IDOC.

    He's just ahead of the curve. See what happens to the Max storage and above prices with these new sign clicking changes. Big plots are going to be harder than ever to find, and more players are going to stop doing IDOCs. It's gonna be similar to the swampy prices. Went from 30k to over a mill. The housing market is about to do the same.
