I was told ANY 120 should pull around 500-600k for it. I tried finding a price to see what the market was on these but they don't seem to be out there that much. So, in the attempt at being fair to both sides, how does 400k sound to you?

Would you be willing to trade for high end logs and/or consider taking a 115 fish as 100k value?
Funds are running low, I can afford 400k, but would love any chance at saving a few bucks.
