Beetle in Stables

I have reached out to staff for over a week now with no available answer. I work second shift and play at work so it is understandable that staff is limited during my play hours.

I have had plenty of gold in the bank, I've owned the beetle for 6 months and only take him out when group hunting. My account was not compromised because I have way more valuable things then a beetle on my account.

Character name is Outlaw eXchange and I noticed the beetle missing on 12/3/2013 -

Please look into this.

Could there have been a server crash that day? I think if you are logged in during a save and then the server resets, it puts you back there. If you didnt log back in within a day or so the beetle could have gone wild.

The server may not work this way, it might actually keep you in a logged out state on a crash reset but it is a possibility.
