Add Animations for Crafting All Items

Some crafting already does have animations but much of it doesn't. I mean we have sound effects for everything which is nice but no animation to go along with the sound effects in numerous cases. Obviously it is no a huge deal but could be kind of neat nonetheless. This proposed change would be of course completely unnecessary to implement but it still could be a kind of interesting cosmetic upgrade for some of the game.

You can craft on a mount so that kind of ruins doing the animations. I suppose they could test for mounted but is it worth the time?

heh heh heh - if you want to do it right (and drive a bunch of us crafters mad)

1. For inscription - must be sitting down and near a flat surface when making scrolls/books
2. For Alchemy - Must be wearing a full apron and have a flat surface/heating source (stands work) - this way the char animation can pull out the protective goggles and cackle maniacly.
3. For Carpentry - Standing is requireed ( crafter whips out 2 saw horses and then starts using the tool dclicked. Saw, planing, etc)
4. Blacksmithing - Heavy Gloves & Apron and must be standing.
5. Fletching - must find a fallen tree and campfire to tell tales as they string bows.
