My suggestion to nerf the firebreath is for PvP reasons. In its current form it'd deal 75 damage in one go (Unless breath isn't active in PvP here? In that case, keep the breath).
I remember back in 2013, we were told that Greater Dragon taming was disabled on UOF because they were "too strong", but Greater Dragons were always tamable on OSI with 104.7 taming. They took 5 control slots and yes, they packed a mean punch.

I find it useful to use a macro with "Useskill: AnimalTaming" "Last Target" and just hold down the button after paralyzing a dragon. Eventually it'll start taming, after angering the dragon for a while. When it starts taming I just keep walking away and re-casting paralyze.
Helps a lot to have...
I like Delucia and the aesthetics and feel of T2A, but unfortunately it's a massive piece of land with not a lot of content. People would go there for a bit to "feel the nostalgia", but other than that I don't see a lot of use for T2A lands.
