People lowball because prices have risen considerably in the last month or two.

I paid 7 million for a meta-pet relic last week so I totally get it but most people can't afford half of what people are asking for relics.

And good or bad, it seems like the groups that get all the relics are people that already have the relics, so they get to set the market price.
