Hi, I just joined the server and UO. Remember playing UO years and years ago, and trying to get familiar with it again.

I made a mace fighter to get some money for a couple of hours at Britain GY and now I am making an archer/prov as recommended in the forum posts.

You have taken the first step to your 10,000 mile journey. A "foundation character" is a must to fund all other characters. I started with a CTFer Capture the Flag and a Provoker/mage. If you find me in game, let's get you runebooks and spots to farm for gold.
