Zombieland Hotkeys

I'm having an issue with hotkeys inside of Zombieland specifically UseBandage. Does this not work intentionally or am I doing something wrong?

You do know you can set up a heal self hot key right in UO .. no need to macro it in steam or razor.
(But if your trying to make a smart macro with conditions {drink cure, before heal} then I think your out of luck)

I have found that Steam is very wonky with the zombieland events ..

• The count system is totally borked ..
• Heal timer forgets to stop timing or just stops arbitrarily ..
• The Steam Open corpse window is foobar-ed , sure it will open the corpse and the steam loot window but if you select an item in the steam window you get stuck in a recursive loop of trying to pick up the item, forcing you to log out and back in because you can no longer pickup anything as the game thinks your already holding something.
• Steam can not recognize target by types
• Etc,, etc

This is all only while in the Zoimbieland event.
