WTB WTB "Yoar Island" House

As title states, I am seeking the owner of the "Yoar Island" House on "Blanche" as labeled in the Yew Rune Library. It is a 2 story on a small island all by itself. As a treasure hunter / sailor, I would appreciate its location.
