I have an LBOD for a 115 tailoring, probably can't get it filled until sometime tomorrow.

Either will do. The LBOD is normal and it will accept exc smalls as well. I have checked some vendors bit only turned up one so far.
Might as well make a seperate buying thread and offer 35-40k a deed. I'll do that in a little bit.

Tapped into my guild last night with no luck, keeping my fingers crossed I will pull one, but I do good to get leather Bods. Any tips on pulling better BODS? or is it just completely random?

RNG, nothing you can do besides have the appropriate skill.
