WOnt let me create a character :( help!

I have 3 guys made on my account! And I wanna start a fouth but no matter what I do when it says Creating Character and is about to log you in....it just hangs there forever.... Anyone know whats wrong? Thanks!

Three is the limit per account... unless you buy more character slots.

FYI... you're allowed up to three accounts per IP so that will give you 9 in total

3 per account and 3 accounts is actually better. You can also have up to 3 houses. Lexington forgot to mention you can add more character slots through the gold sink vendor in Brit. It's one million per extra character.
