Wind NPC

Yesterday I took my mage to wind. I noticed the NPC there are red. Is this meant to be or because i use a deamon for pvm?

It's meant to be. I guess wind just has some shady vendors.

I saw red vendors too. Paniced and recalled out!!!

Will they attack you? Why are they red?
