What are requirements to take control of meta pet?

Just curious what the minimum skill is to control and use Meta pets. Thank you.

i think u can control them at 100 lore/tame at stages 1-4 not sure about 5-6 but u need 120 at stage 7 and the higher lore is a must
not only to control them but it helps heal more dmg to

GM taming lore is good up until you transform him into a mature dragon (looks like a regular dragon but in your hue) to control the mature dragon you need 110/110. And then 120/120 for the ancient wyrm
