On my vendor they are currently priced at 500 each., Ill reset the price to 375 each for 100 of them for you.
My vendor is located SE of Yew bank one screen. named empty kegs. Give me 5 mins and they will be repriced cheaper.

I don't stock full kegs too often. I'm sure someone would buy them from you if you post on the forums. I think Greater Agility sell for around 3k a keg.

Make sure you craft them in the Britain crafting area to save on resources too.
