veteran armor patch?

Does anyone have one? What can they be applied to and how much AR do they give?

Also can they be bought and sold or are they bound to the character?

Armor patch? Apply to capes and such and give 1AR assuming im thinking about the same thing? Cloth items I believe man,Sorry if i'm wrong

They can be bought and sold. It is used on robes and gives +3 AR.

Factioners may not find this useful because of their armored shrouds but everyone else may find them very valuable!

I'm talking specificaly about the patch that is acquired through the veteran reward of having 175 days game time or something. I know there is the cloak armor patch that was a handout that gives +1 and the faction armor patch that gives +2 to a piece of head clothing. This is different than both of those.

That patch you are thinking of is the one that was given as a handout.
