At a 5 mil s/b you will be keeping it for another 2 years there's a 18x18 way better then yours in same area can't get a 10 mil bid after like a month prolly closer to 2.5 s/b might get you more action just my 2 cents

A reserve? Is the reserve more than 5mil? If so, I'd suggest changing your SB.

These "reserve" posts never end well.

its simple. Either you bid over 5mill or don't bid at all. Very simple task guys. I dont care if it sells or not. really i dont ;/
