Okay.. Valor-Rite is still young... and still gaining popularity. It seems to be getting more traffic every day. To give you an idea of the income potential at my vendors... Saturday and Sunday my current vendors pulled in over 200k each day in sales. Tuesday (yesterday, My vendors pulled in OVER 400K!). And it's just continuing to grow.
I'm looking for a few people that want to rent a vendor at my Valor-Rite Vendor location (just east of the Moonglow bank)
THESE VENDORS WILL BE ABSOLUTELY FREE TO RENT....
Right now, I am looking ONLY for the following Vendors to be ran by outside parties...
a) A FULL KEG VENDOR. I sell empty kegs already. Looking for someone to stock all full kegs (total refresh, greater cure, greater heal, greater agility, greater strength, greater explosion, poison, greater poison, and deadly poison) All of these need to be stocked please and looking for prices around 3600 for greater cure, greater heal and total refresh. Prices need to be around 3k for greater agility and greater strength. And prices under 5k for greater explosion (4700-4900). Prices for Poison, Greater Poison, and Deadly Poison expected at 2k, 2.6k, and 9800 respectively. At GM alchemy, there is no reason these prices shouldn't allow you to double your costs, especially since I can sell you empty kegs, if needed, at a reduced cost over my empty keg NPC. I am a little lenient on these prices, but not much. These prices will likely be my most strictly enforced prices of all my rented out vendors when using a free vendor at my location.
b) A BULK INGOT VENDOR. Commodity deeds need to be used here. Colored ingots are optional, but Bulk Iron ingots must be stocked at a half-way regular basis here. I understand that with bulk ingots, you might stock 40,000 of them on 40 deeds, and they might be sold out in 20 minutes. And it might take a couple of days to restock some. Prices are your choice here, but price caps must be followed. If you want to sell bulk iron ingots at 3 gp each, that's perfectly fine. But the price caps are 8.8 each for iron (9 is too high for my vendors, 8.8 or less please).. 14 for DC, 25 for Shadow, 30 for copper, 40 for bronze, 50 for gold, 60 for agapite, 70 cap for verite, and an 80 cap on valorite. Anything less is fine. If you wanna sell 10,000 valorite ingots at 12 each, that's all you on this specific vendor. This vendor will be my most lenient on keeping it regularly stocked as I understand how long it can take to accumulate enough ingots to sell in bulk, but still I don't want an ingot vendor going empty for several days or a week without something being sold on it. IF YOU ARE A MINER... AND CURRENTLY TRY AND SELL YOUR INGOTS AT THE BANK WHEN YOU GET A BUNCH.. THIS IS YOUR PERFECT OPPORTUNITY!
c) A MAGIC WEAPON ARMOR, POWER SCROLL, AND SS VENDOR. I will likely open two of these vendors to two separate people. I would like to sell all of these items sold and stocked frequently as you sell items.
d) An ARCHER VENDOR stocking GM Bows, Crossbows, and heavy cross bows as well as bulk arrow commodity deeds. Optional: You may also have a separate bag/box on this vendor stocking Slayer Bows. GM Slayer Bows. Magical Bows will be stocked by the above mentioned Magic weapon vendor(s). The slayer bows are completely your option. Prices need to be no more for bulk arrows then double the cost found on NPC vendors in Moonglow. GM Bows need to be under 250. That's it. Keep this vendor neat and stocked, and you can make some money I believe. I've had several customers ask me already for both bows and bulk arrows. Great opportunity here for someone.
THAT IS THE ONLY VENDORS I AM CURRENTLY SEEKING AT THIS TIME. This may change, and if it does, i will follow up on this thread, or a new thread with my new needs.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
These are my specific Rules that will and MUST BE FOLLOWED to keep your vendor spot.
1) Vendors need to be always stocked and be neatly arranged. Let's not have 32 empty bags or requiring someone to open more then two boxes or bags to see inventory please.
- If I see your vendor go more then 12 hours unstocked, I will become concerned.
- If your vendor goes more then 24 hours without being stocked.. You will get a warning from me, likely via PM.
- 48 hours or more without good reason for re-stocking, you're gone.
2) You ABSOLUTELY CANNOT PLACE ITEMS ON YOUR VENDOR THAT DIRECTLY COMPETE WITH MY GOODS ON OTHER VENDORS. ONE WARNING HERE.. NO MESSING AROUND.. IF SAID ITEMS AREN"T REMOVED.. YOU"RE GONE.
3) You will NOT be given friend status at my house, period. You must stock your items from the outside of my home. Hiding would be a great skill to have while stocking. Under no circumstance will I be responsible for any lost goods of yours due to theft, getting PK'ed, etc. This is an opportunity for you to use my existing vendor location, quickly gaining popularity to make money... It is not your opportunity to own half my house, sorry. ;-) Right now, I can say that my vendor location is 99% absent of PKs and thieves. I have had absolutely no issues with either. However, as my location continues to grow in popularity, that may and likely will change.
4) You may not ever use an alt character to pk, harass, or steal from my customers. If I even get a hunch that you are doing this... Again.. You're Done. Period.
5) You can, but are not required to gate people from popular places like the Brit Bank to my house (and your vendor) This is a free choice on you, not a requirement at all. Right now, I am continuing to grow at a pace that I am spending far too much time stocking my vendors as it is... so I don't think advertising and gating and free rune dropping is needed, but it can't ever hurt either. It's optional to you, and at YOUR cost if you decide to do this. I do advertise items here on these forums, and may very well advertise your goods as well once you get a vendor or vendors established and I trust that you will stay and keep them regularly stocked, etc.
6) By accepting a FREE VENDOR at my location, you must have a message-able name here on these forums to contact you, as you have mine. You also must check your messages at least once a day or so to make sure I'm not messaging you asking you whats up.
7) Your prices must match and be consistent with all my other vendors, meaning basically a "fair-to-good" price. You can't use your vendor to price gouge people (ie.. ask 100k for a 105 tailor PS or 20k for a DP keg for example) if you prices are too low, you'll likely fail to keep them stocked and/or lose money and/or find stocking your vendor not worth your time.. and I will ask you to raise your prices. Contrastingly, if I find your prices are too high, I will ask you to cut your prices on whatever item I see as "unfairly priced" and if you choose not to sell that item, that's fine... but if you continue to ask prices too high to be consistent with my "fair" prices on my own vendors, then you'll be done and lose your vendor.
8) To match my pricing patterns of my vendors, your prices must end in either a "9" or "88" (ie 449 is fine or 488 is fine. 450 or 500 is not okay)
9) I think I am more then nice and fair. However, if any disagreement comes up and cannot be agreed upon OR if I find you offensive to myself, my customers or my establishment in any manner.. Again... you will quickly lose your free vendor.
10) I, being the owner, reserve all rights to end your vendor contract at anytime, for any reason. Like I say, I doubt this would ever happen without you knowing VERY WELL why your vendor has been terminated. But still... this is just a catch all for any unforeseen events covered above.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
... Okay so you're interested you say? Best way to discuss this is by sending me a PM with what you wanna sell, agreement that you'll keep your vendor stocked and prices fair or in the price outlines I listed, and we'll make it happen.
THESE VENDORS WILL BE FIRST COME- FIRST SERVE. However, still msg me if you are interested even if you know someone already got 'your vendor'. They may not last a week here under my rules, if so.. you'll be next in line!
Thanks for your time and interest.
