UOS targeting: changes?

Was anything changed with this?
It seems that "target nearest non-friendly" on a red is not pickup up a blue anymore.
On a blue, seems it still picks up a nearby red. Is it just me??

I'm not sure that friendly means that it should work like that for a red.

friendly should be for party members etc, check your options / friends at bottom there is 3 boxes to have ticked/untick

The way I saw it, it will pick up any target not in your friends list and/or party if you have the "Include party members" options turned on
