Yes, meta steed came from event, only hue on server of 2655, for the meta spider, it was a decayed spider that was given back a different hue that is NOT on the meta spider list to receive, which is hue 2655 also.

only 1 other "green" spider out there which is emerald green came from a paragon barracoon champ from Shane.
