UO Forever Launcher Has Stopped Working

Trying to do a fresh install on windows 8 and every time I try to install it crashes out between 30mb and 60mb into my download. Any ideas? Have tried with Symantec enabled and disabled and have allowed it through the firewall.

I've Exacly the same problem.
I'm a new player and i cannot install the game.

Try downloading the client from another source then just use the launcher for patch updates. That worked for me.

Thanks Kuchi, im doing it right now, downloading classicl client from UO Site and let's see what happens....!
