uo client has stopped working

I have not been playing much lately but I still try to log in every so often to refresh my house so when I do decide to come back I have my house still but when I enter my account information and I make it all the way to the character select page and I chose my character and proceed to enter the world it loads for a moment then I get the error "Ultima Online Client has stopped working" and I must close the program, need help resolving this so I can refresh my house again. Thanks.

First and foremost make sure your account is fully updated using the UOF Launcher

Then after that, I'm not really sure but that's the issue most people have honestly.

hmm.. I have my launcher set to auto update and it does not show any available updates...
