if you were really interested you’d have made a real offer.

honestly, I just want the house to go to someone that will use it, but it’s not gonna be for a couple pennies. I have many millz in bank and hundred of millz in clothes/pets etc, I don’t need to sell this house. The “multi year” sell thread has been bumped less than 10 times and never posted on discord, that’s how much I care.
