SO, I know it has been said MANY times yet still no word on this.

When people do not clean up their own treausre chests, it means some one else has to buy an UNBLESSED wand, go CRIM and loot everything and put it away. So you'll have to run the risk of being PK'd because of the slobs. AND losing the some what pricey wand you had to buy.
