Any consolation, I know who owns the small workshop just under this (roof pictured at bottom of your pic). Not sure if you really really like that wood house or just like the locale

Mainly the spot since it allows for custom houses (I'm not too fond of the classic ones).

FYI, you can demolish a classic house a place a custom plot in its place immediately afterwards
