Starting bid should be 500k - increments of 100k please!
This little bad boy is the definition of seclusion AND pretty. You get some of UOFs greatest icons (the telescope), guard zones in almost all directions, close to moonglow, you have a mage shop a screen away from you house for a refill on reags, no spawn, no blockage, and water access (it is on an island after all...). Also those teleporters just north of your house take you into the heart of Moonglow/near the bank.
