Taming and highest lvl dragon?

So i keep thinking about trying to make a tamer. How long does it take to get to 100 taming? Then how long pre 5 after that to 105 110 and 115?

Also what do you have to get one of those mega elder dragons I see people have? is that the egg that you have to feed it for ever to get the pet?

And then you need to buy the pet summon stone?
