Anyone notice a decrease in the level 5 BOD rewards lately? Or have I just had bad luck?

they've been coming in bunches. in a month i might get none and then in a week get 4 or 5. think it's just luck. i'm actually more curious about how they are changing the BS smith system. i enjoy those more. :p

I haven't gotten a decent one in a while. But I also haven't been collecting them as much as I can because of work.
