If anyone is interested I'd need a day to move out my stuff, but I'm trying to downsize and want to sell my wonderful classic Villa, it's too much room for me
if you follow the road out of east Brit, the road ends where the house is and swamp begins, there's some vendors along the way
no spawn unless you run a few screens to the east to fight lizardmen
lots of random people and pvp/pking happens nearby for some reason
