Up for sale is a fancy little waterfront villa, little block and no spawn during the times I've been at the house. Just a few short screens to the west is the fabled Deamon ruins, sporting 3 at a time. Easy, convenient farming. Great for new players. There's also apparently gigantic amazonian-esque pole dancers frequenting the area!
