They were a fairly common drop in Khaldun for probably a month. They served absolutely no purpose and everyone just assumed they would continue to drop and they were eventually just not looted. I doubt only 2 exist but they definitely are rare since most people assumed they were garbage.

Another interesting note is that for like 3-4 hours only they dropped without the blood hue. I think there are 1-2 without the red color but they still say Blood Fork.

yeah if you use an ID wand on em they become red.
