Not looking for a ok for this people. Placement cost on it was 185. Make me an offer above that and you've got yourself an epic mining house in a great location. I'll be on later today to check this and fix someone's homeless situation. :)

yes you do spend more money. Could be another 50k to just put walls up, or could be as high as you want to go with 3 stories of epic customization. Good thing is that you can do it at your leisure and whenever you want to do it, not right away or all at once.
