Try this:
-hit 'Print Screen' or Prt Sc, at the top right of your keyboard
-paste into MS Paint, select the desired area with drag box, and hit "crop"
-save image
-upload to imgur.com, right click that image and "copy link" or "copy source link"
-use the Image icon in a post here on forums and paste the link into the text box
