Selling my starter home. 9x9 two story, right next to the Grove of Love, Justice Shrine and a waterfall. There is no blockage, by buildings or trees, and only have one neighbor (who is very friendly). There is always a healer right next to house, just in case as well.
The only spawn to speak of is every now and then you get really cool crazy spawn like I've never seen before... Have had this house for 6 months now, and 3 times, there has been a killer bird spawn. It's really neat, there are birds everywhere with evil names, and fight just like Shame LvL 5 elementals, but the cool thing is you can fight/shoot/cast from the house, and not have to worry about leaving the safety of your home. Don't know why this spawn happens here, don't know if it's because the proximity to the Grove of Love or Shrine, or totally random, but beyond that there are no other monsters that spawn here.
