Hello, I recently purchased this plot for myself but I found myself an upgrade so I no longer require it since one house is enough for me. The current design (not in picture) is not included and it will be demolished.
This maximum storage plot (no upgrades added) that is able to fit a large tower as well. It's located on the grass zone just on the edge of Trinisic swamp. There are no nearby houses so you have no blockage. As mentioned in the title, there is a spawn point nearby. Which can be a bogling, corpser or swamp tentacle. While this might not pose a real treat, it's something you need to keep in mind when designing the house if you plan on AFKing inside it. If you like to farm mobs, about three screens south you'll find a terathan avenger with friends. Last but not least, good access to the sea!
Starting bid is 750,000 gold with 25,000 gold increasements.
Auction ends friday next week unless somebody wants to offer a buyout of 1,250,000 gold
For those short in cash, I'm willing to trade a few items to make up for the diffrence:
- +20 Mining powerscroll 320,000 gold (maximum 1)
- +20 Carpentry powerscroll 380,000 gold (maximum 1)
- Mining cart 200,000 gold each (maximum 3)
- Orcish pickaxe 5,000 gold each (maximum 10)
- Greyish colored rocks/lava rocks 10,000 gold each (maximum 10)
- Dono coints 160 gold each (maximum 3,000)
(FYI: I'm not interested in buying these seperately)
