This is a beautiful 12x13 custom plot built to look like a log cabin. Comes with Forge and Anvil placed. There is no blockage at all on any side, and is within a 30 second run of Wrong and 45 seconds of Ice Dungeon. It is also near the water (within a screen to the North). Would be a decent PK hideout or pirate shack, or small place to call home. Is a beautiful, serene and peaceful location. (it says it is owned by Umbrella which is my brother...he xferred it to me for the sale).
There is occasional wildlife spawn, the worst thing I have ever seen was a direwolf that is easily escaped from.
