I haven't personally dealt with @Blaine the Gypsy but I know people that have and from his reputation he is a very trustworthy individual. Maybe I'll have to travel into PAWS one of these days and say Hi

So what size plot do I need for the house on the top and when do we start??? Is it 18x18?

Things I need.
You to transfer the house to my character. (Huge risk, but NO I won't scam you or kill my reputation)
Tell me how much you already have invested into the house (from original plot value to what you have built now)
If you have interest in certain areas (smith, tailor, whatever)
General theme (Rustic, stone, whatever)
A check for how much you want to invest into building (I will not use my own gold to build your house even the 10k commit fee)
A check for my building fee (which will depend on what you're looking for me to build)
Also if you want me to deco it will be another fee depending upon the design and theme.

you have a very unique style, and you do a great job with it, some people like other styles though, and Fay has a very different style than you.

shouldn't matter what a persons style is when the job is to build a house to exact specifications. But then I wasn't expecting you to learn how to read in one day.

but don't worry, i don't have the same expectations for your reading comprehension.
on a side not i think fay usually charges a flat fee for deco and will provide all the materials, i think its like 1 mil, but not sure.
Blaine may be the cheaper route, and his designs and deco are great.
I would recommend checking out designs and deco by both of them and going with the one that fits your style better.

Well I think I will give them both a shot since I have a 17x18 and just waiting on someone to sell me my 18x18. But you guys won't sell! You hoard the plot and pile a bunch of junk in it that you looted from killing newbies and never build your plots! lol sell them to me please.

I didn't enter in 2014 due to issues with Carl.
Otherwise...
Staff used to just hang out here for some reason...
There are also various houses out there I've designed. Most people can pick out the styles.

Sadly I can't find more screen shots of over the years. Personally I do classic Ultima/Dark Ages style of housing.
