Great small tower on the ice island right on the water and next to mining on the other side low spawn and no neighbours or blockage. One screen away from the Honesty shrine. Start at 100k will accept dono coins at 140k/1k.
Could also fit a larger custom house if desired. I know at the very least a 10x11 will fit but i think you could go a bit bigger but i didnt check for sure.
